Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LoveYou vitamin purchase. If you’re not, we’re happy to exchange your product.
Exchange Eligibility:
Unopened and Sealed Products: You may exchange unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase for a different product of equal or greater value.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost.
Exchange Process:

Packaging: Carefully repackage the unopened and sealed product in its original packaging.
Shipping: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.
New Order: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your exchange. You may place a new order for the desired product.
